Best Practice

Traditional fee-for-service reimbursement compensates doctors only when members are seen in the office. Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York recognizes that there are services you provide to many of our members outside of the typical office visit that you're currently not compensated for.

Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield serves the 29 counties of western Pennsylvania and 13 counties of northeastern Pennsylvania.
